Washed Sand – Newcastle

For use in premixed- concrete, mortar, grout, masonry, rendering use with the addition of builder’s clay. Washed and screeded to ensure consistent ongoing quality. Other uses Sand pits, horse arena, and Civil Engineering & construction materials.

Yellow Bricklaying Sand

For use when laying bricks & Blocks . A fatty sand not washed, making it ideal for brick and block laying. The product is naturally occurring and thus specification vary.

White Bricklaying Sand

For use when laying bricks & blocks. Ideal for brick and block laying. Used to achieve a lighter coloured mortar, when used with off white cement or southern white cement. This product is derived from naturally occurring sandstone thus subject to shade variation.

Concrete Mix

Newcastle washed sand and Blue Metal 10mm. For use in general concreting application. when blended with GP or Builders Cement.

Bedding (Man Sand) for paving

Used under paving – its ideal for compacting, screeding. Man sand is well graded and consistent. Ideal when a compaction is required.
